Mitsubishi Diamond Advantage TVCs

Mitsubishi wanted a series of web videos (over 30 in total) to answer frequently asked questions about after sales support. Rather than have actors read off autocues, they wanted their own sales people and technicians to explain it like they would on the shop floor. After all, who better knows the ins and outs of Mitsubishi’s vehicles, than the people who work with them every day?

We auditioned Mitsi employees from all over the country, and met some great characters along the way. In filming, we got them to talk like they would to a customer, carefully guiding their words so they also complied with the many technical and legal requirements that surround warranty issues.

After the website went live, we were asked to revisit the content, and put together some 15 second TVCs. In addition to the information they provided, we found little ‘outtakes’ that rounded out the commercial nicely. It was a great example of content originally designed for web finding a new life on TV.
