When on set, Rose Tucker is Urtext's '1st Assistant Director', in charge of all logistics, scheduling and on set protocol. Her job is to deliver the film's production on time. Over the past year she has AD'd two feature films (Urtext's Offside and Southern Light Media's 'Roadman'), and two goverment funded shorts ('Citizen Erased' and 'Rock Lobster'), as well as Urtext's award winning Hole in the Water .

Recently she has been expanding into other production roles, co-producing Urtext's current short Aurora, and acting as production co-ordinator for Urtext's feature length documentary In Search of G.O.D..  She has also commenced post-production on her first film as sole Producer, 15/Love .

When Urtext is not shooting, Rosie is heavily involved in the day-to-day operation of the business.
