Offside

Football is life... especially if you don't have one. Life's about winning, but this team's about pursuing excellence. And that's a much greater challenge.

Urtext's first feature film! Coach Frank Caruso and his team of amateur soccer hopefuls are on their way to winning the league cup... except they can't win a game and their worst enemies are themselves. But with the Socceroos on their way to victory in Germany, maybe the boys can leave their problems behind them as they battle towards the Grand Final. With hope, luck and a little cunning on their side, they just might make it. As long as jobs, girlfriends and wives don't get in the way!

Aurora

Captain Emerson Marks goes in search of his wife in this ultimate good vs. evil adventure. Set in a time where steam powers everything and the sky is the battleground, Aurora will take you into an amazing world full of crafty characters and crazy adventures. Featuring a healthy dose of CGI and adrenalin, Aurora is currently in due to be completed in early 2010.

Urtext Film Productions is mondo proud to announce its latest short film project, 15 / Love.

In Search of G.O.D.

The 1970s were a defining time for the Australian Identity. Director Paul 'Nazz' Nassari, with Aaron Schuppan and Matthew Salleh journey deep into the Melbourne subculture known as 'Sharpies' to find out just what was going on. The signposts for the journey are in the music - Lobby Loyde and The Coloured Balls in particular, as Nazz interviews such musical figures as Henry Rollins, Gil Matthews (Billy Thorpe and The Aztecs), Greg Mcainsh (Skyhooks) and Brian Henry Hooper (Beasts of Bourbon), as well as 'Sharpie' gang members from the time.

Hole in the Water

Winner of three 2008 SA Short Screen Awards, a haunting tale of a terminally ill man's demise and journey into fantasy and the afterlife. Written/Directed by Dimitrios Pouliotis, produced by Matthew Salleh, with cinematography by Aaron Schuppan. Completed.
